TO INSTALL CYLINDRICAL SCRUB HEAD

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or

Servicing Machine; Stop On Level

Surface, Set Parking Brake.

1. Slide the scrub head under the machine

frame with the scrub head link mount holes

facing the front.

2. Install the ball joint on the end of the scrub

head link into the mount hole on the scrub

head. The ball joint should be positioned so

it is facing the inside of the machine frame.

Do this on both sides of the machine.

NOTE: The measurement for the scrub head links

should be

11.25 inches

from the center of the

front ball joint to the center of the rear balljoint.

3. Position the scrub head as close as possible

to the center. Remove the jack stands and

lower the machine until the clevis pins can

be reinstalled in the front of the scrub head

lift bracket and the bottom of the lift actuator.

ReInstall the clevis pin and cotter pin.
