Unit Switch
Use the Tare Function to reset the reading to zero which
allows you to weigh out each item individually that can
range from the stainless steel bowl to ingredients.
The scale can display these units of measurements,
pounds (lbs): ounces (oz), grams (g), fluid ounces (fl oz)
and milliliters (ml).
Note:
- “lb oz” and “g ” is for normal weighing.
- “fl oz” and “ml” is for liquid volume weighing.
1) Power on the scale, wait for “0” to show up.
2) Place the first item on weighing platform (ex. stainless
steel bowl), the LCD will display that weight.
3) Press the Power/Tare button to reset the scale to zero
to remove the weight of the bowl.
4) Accurately measure out ingredients as they are placed
into the bowl and continuously reset the scale to zero for
individual weighing.
