If the appliance should stop during operation press the button in the CONTRAST 

position. If the appliance should still remain blocked, turn it off and remove the plug from 

the socket. Open the hopper and remove the excess food to resume the process.

• 

Use dried fruit only if previously left to soak for at least 8 hours and always add water to 

extract it.

• 

Carrots that have a diameter greater than 35 mm must be cut into two before inserting 

them into the hopper.

• 

With hard and fibrous vegetables select only speed 3.

• 

Insert one piece of food at a time into the hopper.

• 

When the last piece of food is inserted, continue for another 30 seconds before turning 

the appliance off.

• 

Introduce fruit with small seeds, such as grapes or watermelon, little by little.

• 

Always deseed pomegranates and only introduce the seeds, not the peel.

• 

Always cut fibrous vegetables into small pieces. After extracting 500 g of food it is 

recommended to clean the filters and the auger before continuing.

• 

If the leaves of vegetables should wrap around the auger, stop the appliance and wash 

the auger before continuing.

WARNING! DO NOT use this appliance if there are 

visible signs of damage.

If using the sorbet and sauces accessory thaw the fruit about 30 minutes before feeding it 

into the hopper.

The drip cap may be left closed if you wish to extract juice from various types of fruit and 

vegetables. In this case do not allow the juice to exceed the maximum quantity of 300 ml 

indicated on the container, as it might leak out.

After performing the assembly operations connect the power plug into the power outlet: the 

display will say speed 3.

• 

Place the juice container in front of the dispensing nozzle and the pulp container in 

front of the pulp outlet.

• 

Select the desired speed (1-2-3) by pressing the speed button.

• 

Start the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button.

• 

Insert the food through the hopper.

• 

If the food should stop in the hopper press it gently with the presser.

• 

After adding the last ingredient, add a few spoonfuls of water and let the juicer operate 

until all the obtained juice is fed out of the juicing container.

• 

Switch the appliance off by pressing the ON/OFF button.

• 

Remove the plug from the power socket.

• 

Immediately clean the parts that have come into contact with food as described in the 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE chapter.
