For each group allow to add max. 20 different prefixed digits; add “#” if less 4 digit-no.
The prefixed digit will be restricted with corresponding to Toll restriction class, such as
prefixed digit group “1” with corresponding to Toll service class “1” ,

For example: you can set prefixed IDD “00” in
