PROGRAMMING CALL FORWARDING
FOR ALL DNs
NOTE
This section is not applicable if your telephone
does not have DN buttons.
You may in one step program forwarding for all the DNs
(for which you are authorized to program Call forwarding)
to the same destination. You proceed as above,
To Pro-
gram Call forwarding
, but press {FWD DNS} after press-
ing {CALL FWD}. You can press {FWD DNS} at any stage
of the programming, as long as you do so before entering
the destination number (step 5, above).
If the {FWD DNS} softkey does not appear, you are not
authorized to forward calls from more than one DN at your
station.
Continuing the above example, the display appears:
