TO PROGRAM CALL FORWARDING
1. Press

on whether you want to forward calls unconditionally
(that is, always), only when your set is busy, or only calls
that are not answered.
3. Press
{ALL}

{INT}

{EXT}
, depending on whether
you want to forward all calls, only internal calls, or only
external calls.
4. Enter the new destination for Call Forwarding.
5. Exit by pressing

To cancel call forwarding
• Follow the procedure in steps 1 to 4 above, then
press

before pressing
x

Extensions with multiple DNs
If your set has several DN buttons, and you want to pro-
gram Call Forwarding for a specific DN, press the desired
DN button before following the above procedure.
You can program call forwarding for all of your DNs at once.
Press
{FWD DNS}
(this softkey only appears on authorized
sets).
If more than one set with a button for the same DN is
authorized to forward calls for that DN, the last program-
ming performed overrides the previous.
NOTE
Instead of dialing the extension number, you
may press a button programmed with a
telephone number (or press
[SPEED DIAL]
and
a Speed Dial memory bin number). Calls are
