An example of a waveguide having the same width as the RF Pad are shown in figures
below.

Please pay attention to cut the GND plane close to the Antenna pad, otherwise you can
change drastically the impedance value.
To give you an idea below we are showing the RF track used in our EVB.
Please consider to keep an appropriate clear area from RF PAD to GND in you board.
