5. BLUETOOTH TEST PROCEDURE
For the BT classic or BLE RF test in nonsignaling mode (FTM), BtDiag tool is provided in
source code format that should be compiled & run in host linux platform for BT.
5.1.
Prerequisites
•
Two laptops:
o
One with Windows7/10 OS
o
One with Linux OS (x86 or i.MX Platform with Ethernet port)
•
WE866Cx EVB for Linux host
•
Rohde & Schwarz CMW500 RF Tester or Litepoint iQxel
•
RF cable to connect the WE866Cx module to RF tester
•
Three ethernet cables to connect the AP ( or Ethernet switch) to two laptops and
RF tester

5.2.
Setup QRCT for Bluetooth
Step 1:
Connect the device under test as shown in Figure 5-1.
Step 2:
Configure the Access Point (or Ethernet switch) to get IP address of the below
devices:
•
CMW500
•
Windows Laptop (QRCT tool)
•
Linux Host or x86 Linux Laptop (BtDiag tool)
Step 3:
Configure the CMW500 settings for Bluetooth test.
