11.7. Maintenance
This section describes the steps required to update the
software on your HD ZAS SAT or reset to factory defaults.
Update Software (OTA)
Option for updating the receiver software through the
antenna signal.
Only if an updated software version is available over the air.
Update Software (USB)
If you have an updated software version and wish to
update the
ZAS HD SAT
, proceed as follows:
Copy the software in a empty memory stick (pen drive)
FAT 32 in the root directory.
Connect the memory stick to the receiver (front USB
connector).
Select “USB Software Update” option and press
OK
.
The
ZAS HD SAT
will look for the update and proceed
with its installation.
The update may take a few moments. Please wait.

This operation involves losing all data and
confi gurations on the receiver.
Factory Settings
This menu allows you to delete all channels and return the
ZAS HD SAT
to the initial state (factory default).
Select the “Factory Settings” option and press
OK
.
It then shows a warning message informing of the
consequences of carrying out this option. If you really
want to return the receiver to factory settings select
“YES” with the keys
or
and press
OK
to confi rm.
After reset, the receiver displays the Welcome window.
To exit the menu without changing anything press
EXIT
or select “NO” and press
OK
.
