Error messages
1. My TV displays the error message ‘Your CI+ module has no access
to this channel’. What do I do?

2. My TV is showing the error message ‘Your Telenet smartcard is not
inserted correctly in your CI+ module’. What should I do?
Check whether your Telenet smartcard is correctly inserted into your
CI+ module. If you are holding the CI+ module with the yellow sticker
facing you, slide in the Telenet smartcard with the chip in the front. If you
are holding the CI+ module with the white barcode sticker facing you,
slide in the Telenet smartcard in the direction of the arrow. Also check
whether the CI+ module is correctly inserted into your television’s CI+
slot. If the error message persists, call us on 015 66 66 66.
3. My TV displays the error message ‘Your Telenet smartcard is
currently suspended. Contact the Telenet customer service’.

4. My TV is showing the error message ‘Pairing of your TV and your
CI+ module failed. Error code: 17’. What now?
You may have inserted your CI+ module into your TV before it was
finished scanning the channels.
• Perform the
channel scan
again (step 3) and then insert your CI+
module into your TV (step 4)
• Also make sure your
coax cable
(which supplies your TV signal) is
connected correctly! It must be firmly clicked into place; it must not be
hanging loosely.
