TOOLS
To help you to organise your documents on your mobile phone, you have a Folder sub-menu in which you will
find the alarms, a Calendar, a Calculator, and a folder to list tasks.
To access the Tools, scroll through the Menu until you reach the sub-menu and press
. There are four
headings in the Tools menu:
Alarm on
The alarm management procedure can be found in the section Using the alarms
Calendar
Use the Up, Down, M1 (to the left) and M2 (to the right) keys to move in the Calendar.
The number that is surrounded by a green square corresponds with the date.
The numbers for which a yellow square is displayed on the upper right hand corner are days for which an event was
created.
To access the options, press

View
Access the list of tasks for the selected day
Display all
Access the list of all the tasks on the calendar
Add an event
Add a new event
Delete an event
Delete the selected event
Go to the date
Enter a date so that it is displayed on the calendar
Go to today
Display the actual date on the calendar
To add a new event:
1. Press the
key to select Add an event
2. Use the arrow to enter the Subject, the start date, the start Time , the End date, the End time for the event, the
Type
alarm is to be set, whether or not this event will be
repeated and the location.
Press
to access the modification of each of these settings.
3. Once the setting is modified, press
to validate.
To set a repeated alarm
To set a repeated alarm, the procedure is the same as in the previous section. The Repeat setting must be
changed. Press
to access the options, then press
again to Modify.
You have a choice between Once (occasional event), Every day, Days (you select the day(s) when you want
an alert), Weekly, Monthly or Annually.
Once the setting is modified, press
to validate.
To set the alarm indicating the start of the event
The Alarm setting must be changed. Press
to access the options, then press
again to Modify.
You have a choice between No (for no notification of the start of the event), Yes (to be alerted of the start of
the event, or choose between being alerted 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before the start.
Once the setting is modified, press
to validate.
Calculator
1. Use the Up/Down keys to scroll through the functions: +, -, /, x and =.
2. Press the
(Ret) key to delete the entries one by one; press and hold to delete the entire content;
3. Press the
key to obtain the result
