8. Copying all entries to the handset

Press ‘Names’.

Scroll
to ‘Copy Phonebook’ and press ‘Select’. ‘To
Handset’ is highlighted. Press ‘Select’.

The other handsets registered to the base are displayed,
e.g. Handset 1. Press

to select the handset
that you would like to copy the entries to and press
‘Select’ to confirm. ‘Please wait...’ is displayed.
