4. CONNECTIONS
4.1 Connection principle
Make sure the power cord

is disconnected from the electrical outlet before making any
connection.
During operation, if the cables/wires require to be reconnected, the power plug

must
be disconnected first. Otherwise damage to the appliance may result.
4.2 Using the optical socket
Use an optical cable (not included) to create a digital connection to a TV, DVD, Blu-Ray
player or other suitable devices.
Connect an optical cable (not included).
Note:
In order to receive digital signals, you need to activate PCM (Downmix) in the
settings menu of your source device.
The digital optical cable or connector might be labelled as
SPDIF
OUT or OPTICAL OUT.
4.3 Using the coaxial socket
Connect a coaxial cable (not included).
