BEFORE FIRST USE
-Open packaging. Remove all packaging and
protection materials and accessories. Do not
throw packaging away before checking soup
machine works properly.
-Remove accessories and clean in warm soapy
water to rinse off any production residues.
-This appliance is designed for preparation and
cooking of food and for preparation of soups,
sauces, purées, cream, etc.
-Before starting to use machine, ensure correct
installation of lid as illustrated below. Insert lid
and turn clockwise until lid is completely
engaged.

-The bowl is equipped with a safety switch
operated by the lid to allow operation. If lid and
handle are not correctly positioned, soup
machine cannot switch on.
Lid and measuring cup
To add food or required ingredients, use
measuring cup to measure desired volume.
Steam may emerge around measuring cup
when set to heating; this is normal.

Go / stop button
-Place bowl on appliance base and connect
power cable to mains supply at 220-240V / 50
Hz.
-Buttons light up. Machine is now in standby
mode.
-Select function and press go / stop button.
-To cancel selected function, press go / stop
button again.

-Smooth: Function for preparing smooth soup.
-Thick: Function for preparing thick soup.
-Heat: Function for controlling heating
temperature.

Display
Appliance is equipped with a screen showing
cooking time remaining in minutes/seconds
and mixing speed.

Speed control
The dial controls mixing speed.
-
Pulse
: This function sets maximum speed; it
allows appliance to cut in short bursts for a very
short time (about 30 seconds). Set dial to
“pulse” function. The blades rotate
continuously until function is stopped. This
function can be used to shave ice or to make
smoothies.
-
Speeds 1-2-3
: Turn dial to select one of the
three mixing speeds. Recommended duration
of preparation should not exceed 3 minutes
each time.

To prevent soup overflowing, ensure food and
liquids do not exceed the 1400ml mark for
heating or the 1700ml mark for cold
preparation.
