Get started – Java-based phones
The following instructions on how to install the software and activate
the service only concern Java-enabled phones manufactured by Sony
Ericsson or Nokia (e.g. Sony Ericsson K750i or Nokia 6280).
I. Installation and activation
Be aware that the installation process may differ between the phone
models. For more detailed instructions on the installation procedure,
please visit the navigation homepage at
www.cz.o2.com/navigace

Please read the instructions that came with your GPS receiver.
Charge the GPS receiver before you turn it on. Make sure that it has a
clear view of the sky; e.g. put it next to a window if you are inside a
building or on the dashboard of your car.
1. Send a text message including the word
Navigace
to the
following number:
999500
2. Instead of sending a text message from your phone, you can visit
http://navigace.cz.o2.com
to send the link by SMS from the
computer to your phone.
3. You will receive a text message with a link to the application.
Select
Go to
, click on the link and accept the connection to the
internet. If you do not receive a text message/SMS, please visit
http://get.navigace.cz.o2.com
from the internet browser in
your mobile phone.
If you cannot connect to the internet, check your access points in the settings
of your phone. For Sony Ericsson phones: Go to
Menu > Settings
, scroll to the
Connectivity
tab and choose
Internet Settings > Internet Profiles
. Here you
should mark the correct access point (WAP). Then go to
Menu > Settings
, scroll
to the
Connectivity
tab and choose
Settings for Java
. Here the same access
point as in Internet Settings should be marked. If you then still cannot connect
to the internet, please contact the O

Line and ask for WAP.
4. Click on the link “
Click here
” to download the software and then
select Games or Programs to save the application on the phone.
5. Now selectelect Start and allow an internet connection.
