Connect the gas out port to a suitable vent. 

WARNING:   TOXIC AND FLAMMABLE GASES ARE PRESENT IN 

THIS INSTRUMENT. THESE GASES CAN BE 
HARMFUL AND/OR FLAMMABLE EVEN AT LOW 
CONCENTRATIONS. THE ANALYZER’S EXHAUST 
PORT MUST BE VENTED TO A SAFE AREA. 
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT MUST BE 
WORN WHEN USING OR SERVICING THIS 
INSTRUMENT.  

 

AFTER EACH USE, BEFORE TURNING OFF THE 
POWER OR DISCONNECTING ANY TUBING 
CONNECTED TO THE ANALYZER, REMOVE THE 
PROBE AND FLUSH THE UNIT WITH AIR FOR FIVE 
MINUTES
