Calibration Interval 

The recommended calibration interval is one year. 

Troubleshooting 

Before returning a product as defective, do the following: 

 

Verify that the Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscope is running firmware v. 
8.3.0.7 or higher. To verify the firmware version of your oscilloscope, 
choose Utilities > Utilities Setup from the menu bar, then touch the 
Status tab. 

 

Check that the power connector is plugged in and locked, and that the 
2.92mm cable is connected. 

Service 

Defective products must be returned to a Teledyne LeCroy service facility for 
diagnosis and repair or replacement. Defective products under warranty will be 
repaired or replaced.
