Copying Music Files to Your Phone
Before using Music or Play Music, you need to copy audio files
from your computer to your phone. See
Connecting to Your
Computer via USB
for details on establishing the connection.
Use the computer to copy music and other audio files onto the
memory card.
TIP:
If an album has accompanying artwork in JPEG format,
rename the artwork file
albumart.jpg
and include it with the album
songs in the same folder. The device will recognise the image as
the album artwork and display it in the Music app.
Use the Music app
Touch
in the Home Screen and select
Music
to view your
music library. Touch the tabs at the top of the screen to view by
Albums, Artists
,
Songs
,
Top 10
,
Playlists
,
Folders
, or
Genre
.
Touch a song in the library to play that track:
