TELE System 

2.3 Remote control unit 

Get well acquainted with your remote control and you will find it much easier to navigate through the various 
menu options. The buttons have very easy, user-friendly functions. 

CAUTION 

Make sure that the remote control batteries are inserted in the right direction. Check their polarity on the back of the 
battery cover. 
Use 2 x AAA type batteries 

2.3.1  Remote control buttons and functions

MUTE

  Mute. 

2. 

 

ON/ST.BY

  ON / Stand-by. 

3. 

AUDIO

  Open the select menu for the audio mode and the audio track from 

those offered by the current program. 

4. 

SUBTITLE

  Subtitles either Standard (DVB) or Teletext (TTX). 

5. 

TV/RAD

  Swaps between TV / Radio program receiver modes. 

6. 

P+ / P- 

a.  In viewing mode: next/previous channel. 
b.  In menu mode: next/previous page. 

7. 

CH +/-

ARROW  /  

a.  In viewing mode: audio volume up/down. 
b.  In menu mode: navigate menu items/options. 

8. 

VOL +/-

ARROW  /  

a.  In viewing mode: next/previous channel. 
b.  In menu mode: modify menu items/options. 

9. 

OK 

a.  In viewing mode: Channel list menu. 
b.  In menu mode: Confirm actions/changes.

Colour buttons

 For teletext functions.

EXIT

  Quits function or menu.

 INFO

  Information of current channel (e.g. program name and number).

MENU

  Main menu.
