Speci fi cations
All speci fi cations apply to the TBS1000 series models. TPP0101 and TPP0201
probe speci fi cations appear in Appendix B. To verify that the oscilloscope meets
speci fi cations, the oscilloscope must fi rst meet the following conditions:
The oscilloscope must have been operating continuously for twenty minutes
within the speci
fi ed operating temperature.
You must perform the Do Self Cal operation, accessible through the Utility
menu, if the operating temperature changes by more than 5 °C (9 °F ).
The oscilloscope must be within the factory calibration interval.
All speci fi cations are guaranteed unless noted “typical.”
