C-V Test
To define the test:
1. Select
Configure
. The
cv-nmosfet
settings should be:
• CVH1: Default setting, which is Voltage Linear Sweep,
is swept from 5 V to −5 V in −0.2 V steps with a 1 MHz
capacitance measurement made at each step.
• CVL1: Default setting, which is DC Gnd.
2. Change the settings as needed.
3. Select
Save
