Answer:
Detach SD card from door bell and copy the video from it.
7. How to recover the device Admin password?
Answer:
If you missed the device Admin password then reset the doorbell. Please note that all
your previous se ngs will be reset to factory default mode.
8. An Error occurs while adding device using Smartlink, what I need to do?
Answer:
Smartlink is mainly used for first me connec on with doorbell or when doorbell is in
factory reset mode. If doorbell is already added to any one of the user then use manual add
op on for adding device.
9. Volume is too low on my smartphone.
Answer:
Try increasing smartphone volume to maximum. Also check the call point (Doorbell)
loca on is at appropriate height for someone to speak directly into the device microphone.
10. When we enable receive alarm message op on, it shows no fica on “Alarm receive accounts
has reached maximum”.
Answer:
When the applica on shows no fica on “Alarm receive accounts has reached
maximum”, select op on Alarm push id from Alarm Se ngs and delete anyone user id from the
list. Now when you enable receive alarm message, your user id gets added into the Alarm push
id.
11. How to set date and me?
Answer:
Select date and me se ng of doorbell and check UTC me and apply correct me
according to your me zone. By default, network synchroniza on me is set.
12. Doorbell device can’t connect with mobile app, what I need to do?
Answer:
Please enter correct doorbell device ID and password and also check your Wi-Fi router.
Please note that door bell supports Wi-Fi router having standard IEEE 802.11 b/g/n with 2.4
GHz band.
