appliance to measure the
water quantity. Close the lid
and validate by pressing .

The appliance sounds a long
beep to indicate the beginning
of the cooking. The appliance
enters into automatic soaking:

appear on the screen.
At the end of soaking time, the
appliance sounds 2 beeps and
the picto below flashes. This
indicates that you have to drain
the soaking water.
Once you have drained the
soaking water and well rinsed
the chickpeas under running
water, place the soaking
basket into the bowl to begin
the cooking phase.
