Problems Causes Solutions

The plug is not connected.
Connect the appliance to a socket
with the same voltage as indicated
on the rating plate of the appliance
(located under the motor unit).
The jar is not positioned
correctly on the motor unit.
Remove the jar and replace it in the
correct position.
The lid is not positioned
correctly on the jar or not
well locked on the jar.
Close the lid properly. Ensure that it clicks
into place.
Appliance keypad or

Unplug the appliance, wait for 1 minute
and plug in again.
