If the failure of the product cannot be repaired within 10 working days, the manufacturer or importer is obliged
to provide another product of similar characteristics to the consumer with until the completion of repair of the
product.
In the case of failure of the product within the guarantee period due to defects whether related to material and
workmanship or defective installation, it shall be repaired without charging any fee such as labour cost, price of
the replaced part or any price under any other name.
In the case that; The same failure occurs more than twice or different failures occur more than four times within
one year as of the date of delivery of the product provided remaining within the guarantee period, or if the sum
of the different failures having occurred are more than six within the determined guarantee period, as well as
such failures render the inability to utilise the goods continuous, and the maximum time required for the repair
of the product is exceeded.
It is determined that the repair of the failure is not possible by a report issued by the service stations, and where
a service station is not available, respectively by one of the dealer, agent, representative, importer or
manufacturer of the product, a free of charge replacement shall be made.
The failures arising from failing to use the product in compliance with the user's manual are not covered by the
guarantee.
For periodic maintenances stipulated by the manufacturer or importer and compulsory to be performed by the
service stations within the guarantee period, a labour fee or any similar fee may not be demanded in return of
the service provided.
In the case of disputes related to the guarantee certificate, the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Trade
Directorate General for Protection of Consumer and Competition may be applied to.
The use of this Guarantee Certificate is allowed by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Trade
Directorate General for Protection of Consumer and Competition pursuant to the Law No. 6502 and the
Communiqué on the Principles of Implementation of Guarantee Certificate that was put into force based on this
