Only qualified personnel should

Capacitor voltage
may be hazardous.
To discharge capacitor, hold insulated
handle screwdriver BY THE HANDLE and
short terminals together. Do not touch
metal screwdriver blade or capacitor
terminals. If in doubt, consult a qualified
electrician.
