The warranty does not include:
• direct or indirect damages of any nature due to hurts, incorrect use of control unit and lack of
compliance with the safety, installation, use and maintenance instructions given in this manual
and in the manual of the machine equipped with the control unit;
• damages due to the stopping of the control unit for repairs;
• all those parts subject to wear during their normal operation;
• all those parts that were damaged because of negligence or wrong use;
• damages resulting from the use of non-original spare parts and accessories or not expressly
authorised by the Producer and from repairs not carried out by a Skilled Technician .
Any tampering with the control unit, especially with safety devices, invalidates the warranty validity
and frees the Producer from any responsibility.
The Producer reserves the right to carry out, at any moment, any changes to improve the product
without being obliged to apply these changes on the previously produced items delivered or being
delivered.
What stated in this paragraph excludes and replaces any previous condition.

The use and maintenance manual is an integral part of control unit and must be preserved carefully in
a protected area where it can be easily reached in case of necessity.
The use and maintenance manual gives important notices for the safety of the operator and of the
environment.
If it gets lost or destroyed, you can ask for a copy from the dealer or from an authorised service cen -
tre.
This document must be enclosed with the control unit if its ownership is transferred.
We have done our best in drawing up this manual. If anyway you detect mistakes, please communica -
te them to the Producer or to an authorised service centre.
We reserve the right to update and correct this manual at any time without previous notice.
Any reproduction, even partial, of this manual is not allowed without previous written consent of the
Producer.
