• Effettuare i controlli sullo strumento
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex blu all’attacco 1/4 di bassa pressione (5), collegare l’altra estremità
all’attacco di servizio dell’impianto
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex giallo all’attacco 1/4 del vuoto (8), collegare l’altra estremità alla pompa
del vuoto munita di elettrovalvola
• Collegare un estremità del tubo flex rimanente (nel nostro caso rosso) all’attacco 1/4 di carica (7) e l’altra
estremità al rubinetto della bombola del gas facendo attenzione che questo sia chiuso
• Aprire il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3)
• Azionare la pompa e attendere che crei il vuoto all’interno dell’impianto e all’interno dei tubi flex
• Chiudere il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3)
• Aprire il rubinetto della bombola (il gas defluirà nel corpo dello strumento)
• Aprire lentamente il rubinetto di bassa pressione (3) e far entrare nell’impianto il quantitativo di gas
refrigerante richiesto dalle caratteristiche tecniche dell’impianto stesso
• Raggiunta la carica richiesta chiudere il rubinetto della bombola ed effettuare il recupero, tramite l’impianto,
del gas residuo nei tubi flex e dentro lo strumento
• Scollegare lo strumento e riporlo nell’apposita custodia.
OPERAZIONE DEL VUOTO E CARICA DELL’IMPIANTO
/ SYSTEM VACUUM AND CHARGING
• Perform checks on the instrument
• Connect one end of the blue flexible hose to the 1/4 low pressure coupler (5), connect the other end to the utility
coupler of the system
• Connect one end of the yellow flexible hose to the 1/4 vacuum coupler (8), connect the other end to the vacuum
pump equipped with a solenoid valve
• Connect one end of the remaining flexible hose (in our case red) to the 1/4 charge coupler (7) and the other end to
the gas cylinder valve making sure that the gas is closed
• Open the low pressure valve (3)
• Operate the pump and wait for it to create a vacuum inside the system and inside the flexible hoses
• Close the low pressure valve (3)
• Open the cylinder valve (the gas will drain into the body of the instrument)
• Slowly open the low pressure valve (3) and let the quantity of refrigerant gas required by the technical characteristics
of the system enter the system
• Once the required charge has been reached, close the cylinder valve and recover the residual gas in the flexible
pipes and inside the instrument through the system
• Disconnect the instrument and store it in the appropriate case.
