FAQ
1. BT connection of the Self-diagnosis Module to PC, when
is needed to install a external Bluetooth Module.
x
The diagnosis module is already equipped with a wireless
device.
x
Duly install the standard BT to your PC following the
manufacturer’s instructions.
x
The name you shall select after the search for Bluetooth
devices is ‘
SOCIOxxxx
’, and the password to use for
matching is ‘
TECNO
’.
2. New functions or Systems cannot be used:
x
Ensure that the updating password is still valid.
If it is not so, ask to your local Reseller to check the
password. Press Settings key to enter the correct
password at any time.
3. Communication with the vehicle, failed:
x
Check that Diagnosis cable is correctly connected.
x
Ensure that the dashboard is turned on.
x
Check the Diagnosis connector fuse.
x
Check that the vehicle selection has been
completed in a correct way.
x
Check, reading the instrument instructions, if it is
necessary to connect the battery power cable to the
vehicle. (see item 8)
x
Check the vehicle battery voltage.
