Use
Turning the burner on and off
P
ress and turn knob “
A
” (

", keeping it
pressed in.
At the same time, press the
ignition button “
B
” (
pic .4) repeatedly
until the pilot flame has lit up.
After the flame has lit, hold the knob down for approximately 10
seconds (count to 20); so, the thermocouple heats up and the safety
valve can be kept open.
To light the main burner on, turn the knob until it reaches the desired
position.
Note:
if the piezoelectric device cannot be used, you can
alternatively light the flame by using a match or a gas lighter.
Regarding models
FTC4_G9
and
FTC8_G9
, turn the knob from
position 1 to 7 to obtain the desired temperature; the appliance
reaches its maximum temperature in position 7 (~300°C).
For models
FTL/R4_G9
and
FTL/R8_G9:

TURNING THE BURNER OFF:
Turn the knob from the current

TURNING THE APPLIANCE OFF:

Fat recollection drawer
The appliance has a fat recollection drawer

front part of the control panel.
Empty the drawer before using the appliance.
Safety thermostat only on model FTC_G9
In case of overheating (due to improper use or to a faulty
component)
the safety thermostat “
E
” (
pic .1), placed at the bottom of
the appliance, will operate. It automatically cuts off the gas supply to
the burners. When such device operates, close the gas cock placed
upstream of the appliance and inform the after-sales service.
What to do if the appliance is not going to be used for a long time
Turn off the gas cock installed upstream the appliance.
Clean the appliance with soapy water, rinse, dry carefully and apply
a light layer of white mineral oil.
