CONFIFURACION ORP/CONFIGURE ORP
TYPE: 4/20mA
It works and be set with current of 4-20mA.
TYPE: 0/10V
.
It works and be set with current of 0-10V.
TYPE: NC
It works with a close contact free of power.
TYPE: NO
It works with open contact free of power.
TYPE: FIX
It works by closing the contact free of power (automatic cover) with a programmed
production that we will have to choose.
TYPE: ORP (Probe Rx)
This is the option that we have to choose if the chlorinator works with the
KIT ORP MAMNET. If you choose this option, the chlorinator will take 15-
20 minutes to stabilize the probe every time we connect to the voltage.
SET POINT:
Is the mV value that we want in the water. When this value in the probe
reading is below the Set Point, the system starts up.
HISTERESIS:
When the chlorinator is working to achieve the SET POINT it does at
100% power, but when it reaches the set Hystereis point , the power decreases
progressively to achieve SET POINT.
ORP HIGH ALARM:
Value in mV above which an alarm is generated.
ORP LOW ALARM:
Value in mV below which an alarm is generated.
If the ORP probe breaks down, there is a problem in the connection or some other
fault occurs the values read may not be correct. In these cases the Mvalues go to
one end of the scale, maximum or minimum possible. To Mprevent the equipment
from working with not correct signal, alarm values can be programmed.
PROBE CALIBRATION:
Before calibrating the probe we have to indicate the value of
the buffer solution, wash the tube with water (be careful not to damage or hit the
tip) and dry it carefully with a dry cloth. Then immerse it in the buffer solution and
accept the calibration test.
SAMPLING
:
Probe is calibrated automatically. The display indicates whether the probe
is correct or not.
In the case that the BNC connector has a colored washer, connect the ORP probe to the
greeen
.
