ADVICE
- If the article consists of different types of fibbers, always select the temperature
required by the most delicate fibber, that is to say: the lowest temperature.
For example, if the fabric consists of 60% polyester and 40% cotton, it should be
ironed at the temperature indicated for the polyester (
●●
).
- If you do not know which fabric (s) the item is made of, determine the correct
ironing temperature by ironing a piece of fabric that will not be visible when it is
used.
- Silk, wool and synthetic materials: iron the back of the fabric to avoid bright
spots.
- Fabrics that tend to acquire bright spots should be ironed in one direction while
applying very little pressure.
- Start ironing items that require the lowest ironing temperature, that is, those
made of synthetic materials.
Note: To cool the iron faster, simply iron a clean cloth after turning off the power.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, always: switch off the appliance, disconnect the apparatus and
let it cool.
•
Clean the outside of the apparatus with a sponge or slightly wet linen.
•
Never plunge the apparatus in water or all other liquid!
•
Do not use abrasive cleaners, gritting, or metal brush or another cutting object.
•
Replace the iron the its support and store the steam generator in a dry and
clean place.
Note: Damage caused by improper maintenance, improper use of the appliance or
scale formation (due to water scale) is not covered by the warranty.
•
To minimize the appearance of scale, empty the water tank and allow it to dry
after each use.
Cleaning the anti-scale filter
The anti-scale filter should be cleaned every 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the
frequency of use and the hardness of the water in the area.
Remove the water tank from the appliance. Unscrew the screw holding the filter
(under the water tank cover), remove the anti-lime filter from the tank.
and remove the anti-scale filter from the tank.
Soak the anti-scale filter in white vinegar for at least 4 hours.
Once the anti-scale is soaked, rinse it under running water and put it back into the
water tank. Screw in the retaining screw.
Replace the water tank by reinserting it into the base until it snaps into place.
