2. My Speaker does not turn ON, what do I do?
A. Please make sure you have charged your speakers. A steady
red light in the center of the speaker means that the speaker is
charging. We recommend you charge for a minimum of 2 hours.
The red light indicator turns off when the speaker is fully charged.
3. My speaker does not play, what do I do?
A. Press and hold the POWER ON / OFF button for 3 seconds. An
easy way to tell if the speaker is on is if the blue LED lights on top
of the speaker are illuminated. Make sure the speaker is charged.
If you are not sure if the battery is charged attach the charging
mini USB cable to the Techobe speaker and plug the other end
into any active USB port.
B. If connected wirelessly check the status of the device that is
connected. Make sure that the Techobe is paired, connected and
that the media is playing. Make sure that the “Techobe BT301” is
the active paired Bluetooth device.
C. Try turning both the Techobe speaker and the device OFF and
then back ON. Re-pair the device.
D. Make sure your device is less than 30 feet (10m) to the
Techobe speaker.
4. My speaker has poor sound quality and static, what do I do?
A. Make sure the Techobe battery is charged.
B. Make sure your device is less than 30 feet (10m) to the
Techobe speaker.
C. Make sure that your device is not in the middle of downloading
music from a cloud service – which may be interrupting play.
D. In older phones and tablets, there are older versions of
Bluetooth technology. These (older) versions are sufficient to use
a wireless mouse or keyboard but do not transfer data quickly
enough to play music. You can still plug the Techobe to the device
using the supplied audio cable for excellent sound quality.
4. My touch screen is not responding, what do I do?
A. Make sure the touch screen is not in locked mode. To enable
the top controls press the power button quickly. If you are still
experiencing issues turn the speaker OFF and then ON.
