6.2. Connecting a Videorecorder or Decoder
Connection of a Videorecorder
To record the signal of the ST 6002 S you can connect the videorecorder either to the “VCR/Dec”
scart socket or to the UHF output. It is also possible to use the video/audio phono sockets.
Make sure that you have a direct connection from the videorecorder to the TV set in accordance with
the diagrams below:
Connection of a decoder
The coded reception signal is sent from the “VCR/Dec” scart socket to the decoder. The decoded sig-
nal is sent back to the receiver and can be picked up at the TV scart socket or at the UHF output
connection. Therefore connect the decoder at the “VCR/Dec” scart socket as shown above.
The output signals for a decoder can also be picked up at the audio/video phono sockets.
