4 Commissioning
Establishing a connection to the integrated Web server
1. Configure the computer →  9.
2. Check the settings on the measuring device and change them if necessary →  15.
3. Connect the measuring device to the computer .
4. Establish a connection to the Web server →  19.
5. Start the Web browser and access the operating menu →  20.
 The measuring device can be operated via the Web server.
4.1 Prerequisites - computer
4.1.1 Hardware
Hardware Interface
CDI-RJ45 WLAN
Interface The computer must have an RJ45
interface. The operating unit must have a
WLAN interface.
Connection Standard Ethernet cable with RJ45
connector. Connection via Wireless LAN.
Screen Recommended size: ≥12" (depends on the screen resolution)

4.1.3 Configuring the computer
User rights Appropriate user rights (e.g. administrator rights) for TCP/IP and proxy server
settings are necessary (for adjusting the IP address, subnet mask etc.).
