5. Verify that the charging dock is inserted properly
into the main assembly and ensure that there is
no gap between the dock and the main assembly.
6.
Locate the two (2) Black Oxide Stainless Steel Flat
Head Phillips Screws 10-32 x 3/8", the two (2)
Nylon Patch Stainless Steel Flat Head Phillips 10-
32 x 1/2", the top locking assembly and the front
support plate.
7.
Align the top locking assembly and screw holes.
8. Install the top locking assembly with the two
(2) Black Oxide Stainless Steel Flat Head Phillips
Screws 10-32 x 3/8".
9.
Align the front support plate and screw holes.
10. Install the support plate with the two (2) Nylon
Patch Stainless Steel Flat Head Phillips 10-32 x
1/2".
NOTE
Put a few drops of medium strength thread-locking
adhesive (blue Loctite 242) on each screw before
installation to prevent the screws from loosening
during normal use.
