7.5  Upgrade RRAS / RRAG Firmware

You can upgrade the RRAS / RRAG’s fi rmware by performing the following steps:
Click the 

“Upgrade”

 tab on the top menu bar.

On the left column, click the corresponding 

“RRAS”

 that needs to be upgraded. 

Click 

“Choose File”

 button and navigate to the new fi rmware fi le.

Select the fi le and then click the 

“Start Upgrade”

 button. After the fi rmware has been upgraded, the RRAS / RRAG module 

will reset and a message will appear confi rming the upgrade process has been completed.

* The upgrade fi le will need to be located in the PC that is connected to ASMM
* The web interface only supports the manual upgrades from a locally connected PC. 
* The RRAS / RRAG supports automated fi rmware updates and automatic backup & restore features via TFTP when managed by Technetix NMSE 
management software. Please refer to the NMSE Product User Manual for more information.
