7 Troubleshooting
Indicator for determining faults
If there is an error, the operator can use the status LEDs to determine the location and condition of the fault.

is too high or too low
Clean optical port and fibre end, measure input and optical output
power; ensure input and output optical power are within normal
range. If input and optical output power are normal, contact Technetix
technical support.

Abnormal optical
input power
Abnormal bias current.
Contact Technetix technical support.
Power failure
Contact Technetix technical support.
Operating environment
temperature is too high
Lower the room temperature.
If the temperature is normal, contact Technetix technical support.
