Error Description
Device cannot be switched ON: Check the battery capacity. Connect the USB cable or
the charger and switch on the device again. Check that the battery is properly charged (an
indicator light illuminates RED).
Device does not play: Check that the USB flash memory or the MicroSD card is formatted
in Fat32 and the songs have MP3 format.
