WARRANTY
1.The main unit is guaranteed for 2 years and the cuff, being a fragile
part, its guarantee is stipulated for 3 months from date of acquisition
and this guarantee is effective only by presenting the
RECEIPT OF
PURCHASE
stating the buyer’s name, date of purchase, name, and
address of the distributor.
2.Only defective products with manufacturing problems are covered by
this guarantee. Devices with malfunctioning problems caused by
misuse or improper handling even if not intentionally, are not covered
by guarantee.
3. This guarantee does not cover damages by dropping down the
device, direct exposure to high humidity, water, battery leakage, and
the batteries included in the device, repairs executed by unauthorized
person, violation of the device by the customer or by unauthorized
person.
4. The guarantee does not cover the cost of round-trip transport for
repair, the result or damage caused by improper use of the device and
other expenses not specified here.
5. The guarantee is good only in countries where this product is
officially commercialized by the manufacturer or the local distributor
and authorized by the manufacturer, always with the presentation of
the receipt of the purchase.
6. This is a non-transferable guarantee; it means it its good for the first
consumer only.
7. During the period of this warranty the manufacturer will repair the
product after 30 days from the date of receiving the device for repair.
8. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace the defective product
by a new one in case of need and this is decided by the manufacturer.
9. All repairs executed during the period of warranty do not extend the
deadline of the guarantee.
10. After the guarantee is expired, the manufacturer has to manage to
reserve components and to supply technical assistance during 5 years
which will be paid by the customers.
