2.5 General Safety Rules

Regulations
All local, state and federal laws which prescribe the use, application, and/or the
handling of dangerous materials in connection with the Te-Stack must be strictly
followed.
Duty of
Maintenance
and Care
The user is responsible for ensuring that the Te-Stack is operated in proper
condition, and that maintenance, service, and repair jobs are performed with care
and on schedule, and by authorized personnel only.
Spare Parts to
Be Used
Use only genuine consumables and genuine spare parts for maintenance and
repair to assure good system performance and reliability.
Modifications Modifications to the Te-Stack are only permitted with the prior written approval of
the manufacturer. Modifications and upgrades shall only be carried out by an
authorized field service engineer. The manufacturer will decline any claim
resulting from unauthorized modifications.
