Firmware Upgrade
(Windows Vista coming soon)
The firmware of player can be upgraded by the upgrade tool in
the enclosed CD.
Operations:
1.
Run the ConsumerSetup2.4.0.exe in the enclosed CD.
2.
Click “Next” as per the promotion on the dialog box. In the
“browsing” option of the fourth dialog box, select the “upgrade
fool” folder of the enclosed CD, and click “OK” to confirm.
3.
Push the power switch to the OFF position, press and hold the
POWER ON/OFF button , and then connect the player to the
PC via USB cable.
4.
The PC displays “rock USB Device”, and asks to install the driver.
(If the driver is installed, this progress is skipped.)
5.
Run the “Firmware Update” program that you just installed in the
START menu.
