Hint
Not all channels broadcast the pro-
gramme data. If the name and times
of the programme is not available then
No Event Information is displayed in
the information banner.
The information banner gives a num-
ber of facts on the channel selected
and the programs on it.
-Channel number or LCN (logical chan-
nel number) number according to cur-
rent sorting mode
-Name of the channel
-Name of the current Network
-Current Time and Date
-A bar indicating current level of signal
-Current event name, next event name,
their start and end times, their types
and parental ratings
While watching TV by pressing the
INFO
key, you can see a more de-
tailed info banner at the bottom of the
screen. In this banner, in addition to
channel information, you can also see
extended event information of current
and next event.
Many icons are displayed in the infor-
mation banner. These are;
-Favourite icon indicating that current
channel is set as favorite (if the chan-
nel is not set as favourite the field is
left empty)
-Dolby Sound (AC3) icon (if the chan-
nel has not Dolby Digital Audio the
field is left empty)
-Lock icon indicating that current
channel is locked. (if the channel is
not locked the field is left empty)
- Teletext icon indicating that the chan-
nel has Teletext or not. (if the channel
has not Teletext service the field is left
empty)
-TV or Radio icon depending on the
current type of channel.
-Aerial icon.

INFORMATION BANNER
Whenever you change channel, using the
P/CH+
and
-P/CH
keys or the
number keys, the TV display the channel picture along with an information banner at
the bottom of the screen. This will remain on the screen for approximately four sec-
onds.
If the selected channel is locked (see
Advanced operation- Channel protec-
tion), you must enter the correct four
digit code to view the channel.
If you for-
get the code of a locked channel, you
can enter 4725 (override code) to un-
lock it.
Alternatively, the
P/CH+
or
-P/CH
keys are used to move to another, un-
locked channel.
