When you are using Windows 98SE or with the DW-
224PUK drive Windows Me and the drive is connected
for the first time, it is required to load and install the
device driver file from the provided driver disk.
The drive is recognized by the Device manager either
as TEAC CD-W224EA (CD-R/RW drive) or as DW-224E
(DVD/CD-RW drive).
Connection of the line output
When listening to an audio CD by using the speakers of your compu-
ter, connect the line output jack of the drive and the line input jack of
the computer using an audio cable.
Use a ø3.5mm stereo mini plug audio cable (commercially available).
