Filter
Press the remote control FILTER button once to light the input indi-
cators that show the current filter setting . Press it again to change
the filter setting .
The filter settings shown by the lit indicators are shown in the tables
below .
For PCM audio sources

Muting playback
If you want to temporarily mute the volume of this unit, press the
MUTE button on the remote control .
Press the MUTE button on the remote control again to return to the
previous volume level .

When muted, the indicator for the selected source lights alter-
nately with the other indicators .
Dimmer
Each time you press the remote control DIMMER button, the bright-
ness of the level meters and input source indicators changes as
follows .

Even when 0 (unlit) is selected, the input source indicator will
stay lit very dimly .
Level meters
Press the remote control METER button to switch level meter opera-
tion on and off .

When level meter operation is turned off, the meter backlights
will also become unlit .
