Replacing Jet Nozzle Extenders

1.

Pull off the existing Jet Nozzle Extenders

and discard.

2.  Push on the new ones found in your

consumables pack.

Replacing the Credit Chip

The machine will notify the Operator to replace

the Credit Chip by displaying the “RC” message

(replace consumables). All consumables must

be replaced at this time!

1.  Turn OFF power to the unit.
2.  Remove and discard the depleted Credit

Chip then install the new one.

3.  Once the new Credit Chip has been

installed and the machine is powered back

on, the “RC” message on the Main Screen

will disappear, and the “Supplies – Fuel

Gauge” will display the new credit.

Note: The Fuel Gauge will display 100% with a

100 minute Credit Chip.
If a 50 minute starter Credit Chip is installed,

the Supplies Gauge will only display 50%.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning the Catch Tray

Over time your Catch Tray may build up with

plastic residue from the Sanding Process. There

is no set time for when this item needs to be

cleaned. However, we strongly recommend at least

cleaning the Catch Tray every time a new set of

consumables is installed.

1.

Make sure the Lid is in the “Open” position.

2.  Remove the Lid Stopper from the back of the

Lid.

3.  Let the Lid gently open to its farthest position.
4.

Pull off the Turntable from the Main Motor

shaft.

5.  Locate the removable Catch Tray. Pull up on

the outer edges of the tray and remove from

the machine.

6.  Rinse the Catch Tray under warm water until

all of the plastic remnants are washed away.

7.  Make sure that the Catch Tray is dry before Re-

installing into the machine.

8.  Re-install the Catch Tray.
9.  Re-install the Turntable onto the shaft of the

Main Motor.

10. Re-install the Lid Stopper.

Putting the Machine into storage

Make sure to keep the Lid in the “Open” position.

This will ensure that the Foam Pads will not

become flat.

Caution:

Flat pads may produce inferior results.

Note: If you desire to keep the Lid in the “Closed”

position while not in use, remove the Turntable

from the machine.
