24 MONTHS GUARANTEED
COVERAGE OF THE GUARANTEE
- We guarantee the repair or replacement of your device, in case of defects related to materials,
processing or operation, directly attributable to Tcrea srl, within 24 months of purchase (or from the
delivery date if later; if a piece is no longer available, Tcrea srl will replace it with another piece able
to perform the same function).
- If the appliance is sold outside the EU, this guarantee will be valid only:
1) if the device is used in the country where it was sold.
2) if the device is used in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain or
the United Kingdom and it is sold at the same nominal voltage in the country where it is used.
EXCLUSIONS OF GUARANTEE
- The dust pre-filter of the device is not covered by warranty.
- Tcrea srl does not guarantee the reparation or replacement of the device under warranty in all cases
in which its non functioning and/or malfunction is due to a cause not attributable to Tcrea srl, such
as, for example:
- Case of chance.
- Cause of majeure force.
- Damage due to not doing the recommended maintenance of the equipment.
- Accidental damage, failure caused by negligence, carelessness, reckless operation or manoeuvre
of Freedom not in line with the provisions of this user manual.
- Use of the device for any purpose other than normal indoor use.
- Use of any non original part, or use of original parts not assembled or installed in accordance with
the instructions of Tcrea srl.
- Use of parts and accessories other than original components of Tcrea srl.
- Assembly not properly carried out, following the guidelines of this maual.
- Repairs, alterations made by persons other than Tcrea srl or its authorized agents.
- Dirty dust prefilter; Section “Replacing the dust prefilter” p.8 of this Manual for details on how to
replace the dust prefilter.
- Wear and tear and any defects caused by normal use.
- The natural characteristics of wood are not to be considered as defects, as an example:
change of wood color, positioning and shape of the knots.
SUMMARY OF THE COVERAGE
- The guarantee comes into force at the time of purchase (or from the date of delivery if later).
- You must submit proof of the delivery/purchase before any intervention can be made on your
device. Without this proof, each intervention will be charged. Please keep any purchase receipts or
evidence of delivery.
- All interventions will be carried out by Tcrea srl or by staff authorized by the same.
- Any part replaced will become property of Tcrea srl.
- The repair or replacement of your equipment under warranty will not extend the warranty period.
- The guarantee provides for additional benefits that do not alter the rights guaranteed by law to
consumers.
- Tcrea srl is not liable and therefore direct and/or indirect damages resulting from the non functioning
and/or malfunction of the device are always excluded from the warranty.
