If the above troubleshooting steps do not solve your problem:
1. Set the program to the Off position.
2. Disconnect the power supply.
3. Contact TCL Customer Service Centre.
Failure
Nothing displayed on

Drying criteria are not
met or the drying time
is too long
• Check whether the power supply or the plug is normal.
• Check whether the power switch is turned on.
• Check whether the door is closed properly.
• Check whether the “Start/Pause” button for program
selection has been pressed.
• Press the handle of the door to lock it in place.
• Check if the dryer is over-loaded.
• Clean the filter screen.
• Select an appropriate drying program.
• Make sure that the fan cover is not blocked.
