Cleaning the brewing unit
WARNING
– risk of burns
The brewing unit becomes hot during use.
• Do not clean the brewing unit immediately after using the machine.
Allow the machine to cool down before removing the brewing unit
for cleaning.
1. Press on the lower part
of the cover cap for the
brewing unit as shown.
2. Take hold of the cover cap
at the top...
... and pull it off the machine.
3. Firmly press and hold the
two orange tabs and pull
the brewing unit horizontally
out of the machine.
4. Rinse the brewing unit
under warm, running water.
5. Then let the brewing unit
dry completely.
6. Remove all the leftover coffee
powder from the tray using
the enclosed cleaning brush.
Click !
7. Press the brewing unit back
into the machine using some
force, and without pressing
the orange tabs. You should
hear and feel the brewing
unit lock into place.
