Troubleshooting
If you have trouble operating the camera, check the following suides
for the possible cause of a problem.

Nothing appears on the screen.
→
Check the power connection and video signal line connection.
→
Check the DC lens or VIDEO lens whether it is right one.
▪
The screen is dark.
→
Adjust the contrast feature of the CAMERA SET / IRIS menu
→
Check if an auto iris Lens is being used and adjust the brightness level.
▪
Color is not quite right.
→
Check the “WHITE BAL” setting.
▪
SENS-UP function is not working.
→
Check if the SHUTTER menu is set to fixed electronic shutter mode
→
Check if the FLIKERLESS menu is set to ON.
